Over the years, our guests have enjoyed a wide variety of drinks to celebrate their wedding day, from champagne to signature cocktails, Pimms, wine, mocktails and beers. The beauty of it all is that the choice is entirely yours, reflecting your unique taste, style and budget!
How you choose to serve your drinks can vary. Some couples choose to hire a fully professional bar service for their entire wedding day, others have provided their own welcome drinks, wedding breakfast wines then followed by a professional bar and others have chosen to provide all the drink for their entire wedding themselves and hired in professional bar staff to serve and clear.
Whichever option you choose you will be pleased to hear that we do not charge any corkage!
However you choose to cater for your wedding day, please think about the unromantic but important tasks of stocking your bar, preparing drinks, serving, clearing tables, providing glasses, collecting empty bottle from around the woods, mixing drinks and disposing of waste.
Consider who will be clearing away glasses, waste drinks, etc. from the tables after the wedding breakfast and again after the evening food? This matters especially when you are proving your own drinks, as the waste from empty bottles and cans can really start to build up.
- If you hire a professional bar they will clear, bag and remove bar waste from the venue; however its always a good idea to just double check though!
- If you are providing any drink yourselves you are responsible for taking away your empty bottles, cans, glasses and boxes which is only fair as we do not charge corkage.
You are free to use whatever bar option you wish. If you are not sure, we have listed below some excellent professional bars who have served at our venue over previous years. As always, if you have any questions or you want to chat through ideas, please do not hesitate to contact us!

We provide a full bar service with drink menus tailored to exactly what you want for your special day. We tailor our offering to you rather than the other way round.
We don’t charge any bar or set up costs, all you (or your guests) pay for are the drinks (and they are really reasonably priced!). Whether that be each guest paying for their own, you wish to put some money behind the bar or you wish to pay for all of them, we can adapt to you.
