Not forgetting that our trees make for a fabulous ever changing backdrop as the seasons change throughout the year and embrace a seasonal celebration. If there is anything not listed please let us know and we will let you know if we can arrange it for you; after all it's your wedding.

Our woodland venue

Couples marrying or celebrating here will have exclusive use of the whole woodland wedding venue. This idyllic setting offers couples a unique setting to get married in the open air within lush green woods.
We provide a beautiful countryside blank canvas for you to tailor as you wish. The woodland, grassy clearings, celebration hall, glamping tent and covered reception area offer plenty of scope to be creative and for you to add your own themes and touches to your big day.
 
The ceremony space provides a scenic backdrop for saying "I Do". If you can dream up the perfect way to exchange vows, we would be delighted to do everything we can to make it happen.
Your wedding food plays such a big part of your day and makes your day unique - its one of the things that guests will remember. Add your own personality and customise your wedding food to your tastes and lifestyle. Throw an afternoon tea party, serve up a three-course banquet, have a rustic hog roast or a delicious vegan paella.
From the moment you arrive, you will know you are in a truly special place. Our natural canvas provides you with the opportunity to create your perfect wedding for you and your guests.

We provide a 6m glamping bell tent, bed, and bedding for the Newly Weds. Your guests have the option to bring their own tents or choose to hire in bell tents.

Extra Time

 Extended Access
If you would like to have access from 9.30am until 9pm on the day before your wedding, for event preparation such as catering service tents, table dressing, decorating of the venue etc there is an additional charge of £1,365. the fee also include the staff required to provide security to keep watch throughout the night.

Catering and services
You have the freedom to bring in your own food and drink, or use professional caterers and bar staff so you can truly make the day your own; we do not charge corkage. We do have a suppliers list with various caterers if needed. If your caterer requires a catering service tent you will normally need to arrange for extended access, although nearly all  caterers now use instant "pop up" structures which can be put up easily on the day of your wedding. Although we are in the middle of a wood and we have water and electricity; however always ask your catering or bars to contact us to discuss their access and power requirements.

Wedding Ceremony Celebrant

Feel free to arrange your own Celebrant to create, write and conduct your woodland wedding ceremony or have a chat with our own Humanist UK Accredited Wedding Celebrant Paul Edward Skone. Paul's regular fee is £850; should you choose to have him conduct your ceremony at our venue his fee is reduced to £650. Paul can be contacted at https://humanist.org.uk/paulskone/

Feel free to set up your own bar, total freedom, flexibility and no additional fee or use a professional bar service. The choice is yours.

Vintage, classic, fairy tale, theatrical or boho the choice is yours. It's your big day; incorporate ideas and themes that are unique to you and your guests.
